LLC operates from a modern 16,000 square foot facility surrounded by a highly
skilled labor pool in the, high tech, southwestern CT area. Manufacturing operations
at Technipower are vertically integrated and include specialized electronic
assembly, magnetic winding, impregnation/encapsulation and extensive testing
which are controlled by a Quality Management System certified to ISO9001:2000
Standard. The design/layout of printed circuit boards is done internally utilizing
modern CAD equipment followed by outside procurement to appropriate specifications
from approved suppliers.

are designed and engineered at the Danbury,
CT facility. Participation with our customer-integrated
product team is welcome and encouraged. Our
engineering personnel are thoroughly versed
and highly experienced in advanced power supplies, custom enclosures, power
converter topology trade-offs, and packaging for extreme environments. Modern
day CAD software programs complement the detailed electrical and mechanical
designs of our products to include circuit analysis, thermal analysis, 3-D
modeling and reliability predictions.

Adopted in 1987 by the International Organization
for Standardization in Geneva, Switzerland,
the ISO 9001 quality system was developed
in order to establish an international standard
of quality. For a company to be registered,
the company must pass a rigorous assessment
of its quality systems, from design of its
product through shipment. When a firm is
registered to meet ISO 9001, customers all
over the world are assured that the firm
is adhering to very specific standards.
